Three North Fork food trucks, Rolling in Dough, North Fork Food Truck and The Roaming Fork Food Truck, will gather for “Food Truck Heaven” in New Suffolk next Wednesday, June 25 for the weekly sailboat race. The trucks will set up at the corner of First Ave. and Main St. from 5 to 8 p.m. Every Wednesday night starting at 6 p.m., North Fork sailors participate in a friendly race around Robin’s Island, and usually head to Legend’s Restaurant in New Suffolk afterwards for a drink to celebrate.
